The Institute of Capacity Building and Policy Studies and PUM-Netherlands Organization held online meeting
The Institute of Capacity Building and Policy Studies (ICBPS) of South Ethiopia Regional State and PUM-Netherlands Organization (PUM) held an online meeting today. The meeting was arranged in relation to an MoU signed between ICBPS and PUM recently. The objective of the MoU is to increase youth employment through successful SMEs by assisting start-up clusters.
Today's meeting focused on facilitating the ground for solar panel installation, and ICT training among other capacity building programs included in the MoU.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Takele Tadesse (General Director) and Mr. Tamrat Assefa (Deputy Director and Head of Capacity Building Department) and lead researchers of ICBPS, Marije Kuiper (PUM, Sector Manager Energy) Mr. Hans van Halteren (PUM expert, incubator) Matewos Balcha (PUM, South Ethiopia representative).
